Spanning approximately 3,700 square feet across three levels, the townhome's layout begins on the 2nd floor with a 2-car garage, family room, two bedrooms, and access to the hot tub deck. Ascend the first flight of stairs to discover the inviting living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom suite. The lower level features queen bedrooms with a 'jack and jill' bathroom setup and a convenient laundry room.

Ski Access: This luxurious property boasts easy 'walk-in/ski-out' access to Deer Valley resort. Start your ski day on the community ski access leading to the Success Run. After skiing, return via the Silver Lake Access trail and a short 250-yard walk back to the front door.

Living Room: Featuring high vaulted ceilings, expansive windows framing mountain views, plush couches, a wood-burning fireplace with gas starter, HDTV, DVD player, stereo, and Sonos sound system.

Family Room: Cozy seating, another wood-burning fireplace with gas starter, 42” HDTV, DVD player, and stereo. Access the hot tub deck directly from this room.

Kitchen: The spacious, remodeled kitchen boasts hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals.

Distance to Deer Valley Resort: Ski-in/Ski-out via nearby trail (about 50 yards away) or 1/4 mile to lifts at Silver Lake.
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4 miles.
Distance to Main Street: 3 miles.
Distance to Free Bus: 50 yards to bus stop on Royal Street.

  We had a great vacation during the shoulder season in Park City / Deer Valley. The house was spacious, compfortable, clean and provided all the beds and accomomdations that we needed for our large group (10 persons). We appreciated the free bus service, making going up and down the mountain easy.

  We loved our stay at Aspen Hollow #2. It was great for our multigenerational group. The description is accurate and the property was very clean and well-maintained. The large windows make it light and bright. The kitchen is very well appointed - making cooking very easy. It has very nice extra amenities like a boot and glove warmer. Getting on the mountain is very close and easy, and getting back to the house just requires a short downhill walk home. I would definitely recommend staying here!

  We have rented in the Deer Valley area many times for our guys trip. This house was definitely a highlight. The rooms were large and the amenities great - fantastic hot tub.
  
  If you really need ski in/out, you may want to check into this deeper. It's not the typical approach and requires a map and instructions and a short walk. This was not an issue for us, as we used the Ski Valet at Silver Lake, leaving our skis and boots overnight and took the short walk up Royal St to the unit.
  
  We would certainly consider renting this unit again.

  A bit disappointing we only had one master, two kings for three families. The bunk room worked well but each bedroom had broken tv’s, fireplaces, humidifiers, loud exhaust fan, kitchen pots & pans limited. Lots of stairs up & down so be ready to catch your breath. Views limited. Large house; just could be better suited room wise.

  Had a great long weekend with some friends, great condo unit, five bedrooms and very accessible. Only complaint would be the hot tub was dirty and smelled, to the point we didnt even go into it, which was a bummer. Some of the sheets and top sheets on the beds were stained but not that big of a deal.

  Incredible home located in Upper Deer Valley. Ski in and ski out beautiful home with plenty of room for five couples. Loved the location, the amenities and the management company was super responsive.

  We enjoyed our stay but had issues with the following:
  1. Ran out of toilet paper (and tissues) and would have liked additional rolls.
  2. Did not have garbage bags - we had to call property management to bring some over.
  3. Did not have enough paper towels. Only had one partial role and no back ups.
  4. Dryer did not work. It would barely dry a load of clothes - tried all the settings; cleaning the lint trap; etc etc.. ended up having to drape clothes on furniture in front of the fireplaces.
  5. Heating system was inconsistent in some of the rooms - they wouldn't warm up. Called property management and they had to install new temporary thermostats.
  6. Fireplace did not work in one of the bedrooms, which was a bummer for the couple staying in that room.
  
  We did like the set up of the home - having a 'second living room' for the kids to hang out in was helpful. The SONOS system was really nice and we loved the neighborhood with all the magical white lights on the trees - so pretty! The ski in-ski out was okay too.. The hot tub was great but we had to walk through the snow, and down a few stairs to get to it, which was okay.. but it was not the most enjoyable (it wasn't shoveled out and with all the snow that we got, it was just a little challenging).
  We would recommend this property to other families - but make sure to contact property management in advance to touch base on the items listed in this review.
