It is very spacious (approximately 5000 square feet) and has a 4 level floor plan. You enter the town home on a landing area. Up the first flight of steps you will find a double living room area with two large fireplaces and attached bar, dining room and luxury kitchen, plus a full bathroom. Continuing up the stairs, the spacious primary suite is on the upper level. From the landing the three queen bedrooms are located on the lower level and each one has an attached full bathroom. On this level you will also find another cozy living room with another large fireplace. A bunkroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk is located on the basement floor with a large bathroom.

Ski Access: This luxury property has easy ‘walk-in/ski-out’ access to Deer Valley resort. You start your day skiing out on the community ski access that takes you to the Success Run. When you’re ready for a break or finished for the day simply ski back on the Silver Lake Access trail then walk 250 yards back to the front door!

Living Room: High Vaulted ceiling, expansive windows and doors that open up to the beautiful mountain view and front patio, two separate living areas with comfy couches and plenty of seating, two large fireplaces and a bar area with a wall mounted tv.

Family Room: Located on the downstairs level, this is a great gathering place with a large stone fireplace, wall mounted TV and game table.

Kitchen: This is a kitchen to die for! It has hardwood flooring, granite counters, a large island, 6 burner Viking professional gas stove, walk in pantry, and two dishwashers. There's also a large refrigerator plus an extra freezer in the pantry so you'll have plenty of room to store everything you need for gourmet meals.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 10 or more, with barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master Suite - King bed, large closet, luxurious bathroom with an oversized jetted tub and full walk in shower (located on top floor). There is no tv in this bedroom, bring your laptop or tablet!
Junior Suite - King bed, large closet space, ensuite bathroom.
Two Queen Rooms – Three rooms each with a queen bed, large closet and attached full bathrooms.
Bunk Room - The perfect spot for the kids to hang out! Located on basement level, this large room has a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed, some bean bag chairs and a tv. There's an huge adjoining bathroom with oversized jetted tub, walk in shower, double sink and walk in closet.

Hot Tub: Private hot tub located on the deck just outside the dining room!

Laundry Room: Spacious laundry room and ski prep area are located on the lower level, convenient to exit through the garage for skiing.

Ski Access: Ski out via the 'Silver Lake Access Trail' that is about 75 yards from the front door. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski Access Trail' then walk about 250 yards back to the Aspen Hollow complex (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).

Distance to Deer Valley Resort: Ski-in/Ski-out via nearby trail (about 75 yard walk away) or 1/4 mile to lifts at Silver Lake.
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4 miles.
Distance to Main Street: 3 miles.
Distance to Free Bus: 50 yards to bus stop on Royal Street.
