This Canyon Crossing condominium is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the bells and whistles! With two large living spaces and 3 full bedroom suites there is plenty of space in this beautiful, quiet location. It is located in the Prospector Square area in a truly convenient location for exploring everything Park City has to offer. The Pacific Rail trail which offers biking, walking, cross country skiing and more is just steps away from the unit. Miles of mountain bike trails are just a few yards away. Situated about 300 yards from the free bus stop that will take you to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances and beautiful hardwood floor give this condo a wonderful mountain feel. It has a multi level floor plan, with the garage and kitchen/great room at street level as well as a half bathroom and the laundry area. From this level, going up, are three bedrooms including a luxurious master suite. The entire lower level is the family/entertainment room with two sets of bunk beds and a full bathroom.

Living Room: Located adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas, with a gas fireplace, 75" flat screen TV mounted on the wall, comfortable leather couch and cozy reclining seats.

Kitchen: Granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, very well equipped for cooking with all the appliances/utensils you'll need, separated from living room area by a counter/bar island.

Dining Room: Seating for up to 10 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen island.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, flat screen TV, adjoining bathroom with tub and separate walk-in shower, cozy seat for relaxing, access to a private deck.
Second – Queen bed, bathroom just outside in hall.
Third – Queen bed, bathroom just outside in the hall.
Additional Bedding - Two sets of bunk beds in the large family room downstairs. One set of twin bunks and one with a full on bottom and twin on top!. See below for full description of this room.

Large family/entertainment room on downstairs level. It has a full bathroom, two sets of bunk beds (four beds total), 65" HD flat screen TV, super-comfy sectional couch and a gas burning fireplace. Sliding doors open to a covered deck right with a hot tub on the famous Park City Rail Trail.

    The condo was great. We loved the space for 3 couples and 4 kids. The kitchen had so much stuff it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing is we needed more towels with a hot tub there should be extras. They need to clean a little better. The drawers in the bathroom had hair all over in them. The parking was terrible. No space for more than one vehicle. They should let people know that before booking. Overall we loved the condo
