This stunning home - nicknamed 'Sterling Summit' - is located right on the top of Deer Valley Resort allowing for easy access to the Success run to start each day. After you're through with your day on the mountain you can return to your own private lodge with designer touches and a perfectly cozy mountain feel. With some of the most amazing views in Deer Valley and top of the line amenities this home is sure to please!

This private ski chalet has all the conveniences of home included with an incredible location and fantastic panoramic views. It is a very spacious, open home (approximately 5000 square feet) and is situated on a 3 level floor plan. You enter the home from the lower level where you will find the 2 car garage, family room, ski prep room, laundry room as well as the fourth and fifth bedrooms. Just up the first flight of steps on the main level is the great room, dining room, kitchen, master suite, and an additional king bedroom. The hot tub deck with gas bbq and outdoor seating is also located on the main level. On the upper level is the Junior master suite with king bed and full bathroom attached.

Great Room: High vaulted ceiling, large pane windows that open up to the beautiful mountain view, comfy leather couches with plenty of seating, gas burning fireplace and 42" HDTV, DVD, Stereo.

Family Room: A cozy log cabin feel with a queen size sofa sleeper, and a card table. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax in this space. Located on the lower level.

Kitchen: Hard wood flooring surrounds this well appointed kitchen area that is fully equipped for cooking home meals. With granite counters and top of the line appliances this kitchen is set up for preparing gourmet, home cooked meals. Counter/bar separates the kitchen space from the dining room.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 8, with barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, wall mounted HDTV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath, with French doors that open to the mountain views and a gas burning fireplace (located on main floor).
Second (Junior Master)– King bed, adjoining full bathroom, HDTV (located on upper floor).
Third (Junior Master) – King bed, adjoining bathroom, HDTV (located on main floor).
Fourth (Junior Master)- King Bed, adjoining full bath, HDTV. (located on lower level).
Fifth – King bed, adjoining bathroom (located on lower level).

Loft area-double bed

Hot Tub: 8 person hot tub is located on the deck just off of the dining room area with beautiful mountain views in every direction.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry room on lower level.

Garage: Private, attached 2 car garage. 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.

Ski Access: Ski out via the 'Silver Lake Access Trail' that is about 100 yards from the driveway. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski Access Trail' then walk about 300 yards back to the house (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).

Distance to Deer Valley Resort:  Ski-in/Ski-out via nearby trail (about 2 minutes to walk to ski out). Ski back to the property via the Double Eagle access trail and walk back to the home along Sterling Drive (about 4 minutes to walk) or take an easy 7 minute walk to Silverlake Village.
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4 miles.
Distance to Main Street: 3 miles.
Distance to Free Bus: 200 yards to bus stop on Royal Street.

    We had our annua ski trip with friends which is about connecting on and off the mountain which this home was the perfect backdrop. The beautiful home, clean space, comfortable beds, open kitchen/living room and mtn view set the stage. And, the location is great both to get to the mountain and when off the mountain. Highly recommend!

    We enjoyed our stay and loved all the space for our family. The property was clean and well maintained. I would add that there's no customer service whatsoever. It's an easy short walk to the private trail to get to the ski run which we used all week. Everything was in working order.

    Lovely location. Great house. Kitchen well equipped. Had all necessary supplies. Preventative management was lacking, with non-functioning garage remote, many light bulbs not working, master bath fan not working, towel racks not intact in walls, ice machine in freezer not working with bin gone, water filter in refrig needing replacement, corroded and moldy humidifier sitting in kitchen. We contacted management Friday morning as to issues and were told they would help with at least the non-working remote for garage that same day or Saturday. No one ever contacted us or replaced. We left Monday and reported this again with list of issues to office staff upon leaving and received a “Sorry about that”. We enjoyed our stay, but not sure management is up to par.
