Views, Views, Views!!! The Cove at Park Meadows is one of the most picturesque locations in Park City! Located adjacent to the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort, with views of the ski runs and the surrounding mountains. This condo offers luxury quality and top of the line amenities at a moderate price. In the summer the pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and clubhouse are available to guests.

This gorgeous condo is 2 levels, and approximately 3300 square feet in size. The entry level consists of the main living space with the kitchen, dining area and living room combined into a spacious great room. Also on this level are one bedroom, the laundry room and a powder room. The hot tub is out back on the patio, which faces the 10th hole of the golf course. 3 bedrooms are upstairs, as well as an office with wireless Internet access.

Living Room: Beautiful open great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area, with vaulted, wood paneled ceilings and lots of windows to take advantage of the views. Also featured are a floor to ceiling stone fireplace (gas burning), HDTV, DVD, CD, surround sound system.

Kitchen: Granite countertops, 2 ovens. As of August 2016 there are brand new appliances including a Thermador cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, and a new water filtration system. Separate refrigerator and upright freezer, wet bar, large cooking island – everything you need for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating for 8, and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Master – King bed, TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, adjoining full bathroom with jetted tub, double vanity, steam shower, balcony with fantastic mountain views.
Second - King bed with adjoining bathroom (new king mattress as of August 2022), TV/DVD. Located on main level.

    We love the home that we rented. It had excellent bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy of several couples. The location was great and beautiful with lots of pine trees and snow.! Big family room and large kitchen. We would definitely rent this home again.

    Since we were the first renters for the ski season, nothing worked. The tv, the gas jet for fireplace, the oven, the tp holder was broken. Alpine Ski Properties was there to fix everything immediately. Kitchen pots and pans were not particularly clean. Views were amazing. Very comfortable duplex. We had a great time, all in all.

    The house was clean but in need of some maintenance work. The ignitors on the gas cooktop wouldn't light so we had to use a match to light them. The ceiling fan in the lower and master bedrooms made clicking sounds with each revolution. The towels were very warn and need to be replaced.

    This is the perfect home to spend family time together. Plenty of space, updated kitchen, with everything needed to cook and spend time together. Hot tub with fantastic views of mountains and even wildlife out our back door. We played, made snowmen and enjoyed walks on the golf course out our back door. The home is well laid out and accommodated everyone's needs. Wood burning fireplace was perfect and firewood stocked in the garage made it so easy. Thank you Alpine Ski Properties and Thank you Gena for a great and memorable Christmas. Your recommendations and accommodations were outstanding.

    We loved the house. The only thing that was frustrating was we got there and wanted to open the blind on the main sliding door so we could enjoy the view and the cord broke. We couldn’t move the blind and it was stuck 1/3 off the way up. So we could NOT enjoy the view or even go outside on the patio. Disappointed to say the least. The view and patio was the main reason we pick the property. We called the property management right away within10 minutes and no one came for 5 days! Poor service on their part. Not the owners fault but I would let them know I wasn’t happy with how they managed my property.
