This unique property is one of the largest direct ski-in/ski-out properties in Deer Valley. It offers incredible square footage, great views and all the fun features you’re looking for on your vacation! With three living areas, two full kitchens, a pool table, steam room, private hot tub and direct ski-in/ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort you are sure to enjoy your stay in this amazing mountain retreat!

The ski-in/ski-out, Double Eagle condominiums are located in Silver Lake Village, mid-mountain Deer Valley Resort. They are built up the hillside and have a ski access onto the Success ski run on Deer Valley Resort’s lower mountain. From this trail, ski down to the base of the mountain and start your ski day from there (the base area is also where the ski school meets for lessons each morning and afternoon).

This spacious, seven-bedroom condo is lovely with great views from nearly every window. One of the best features is the private ski access trail and dedicated ski prep room to keep all of your gear ready to go. And with a 6 pair boot dryer your gear will be warm and toasty all day!

There is approximately 6000 square feet of living space over the three levels in this condo. The entry level is the main living room, kitchen and dining area combined as one great room, with a large wrap around deck outside off the living room. Also located on this level is the master bedroom suite with gorgeous views, a private fireplace and an ensuite bathroom.

On the top floor you will find three of the bedroom suites and the ski prep room. The ski prep room has a private access door to the ski trail, boot dryers and lots of space to hang skis and clothing. The first bedroom on this floor is the queen bedroom with a private in-suite bathroom. Across the hall from that is the twin room with 3 twin beds and 2 trundles – the kids will love this room! Down the hall is a large bedroom with two queen beds and a twin day bed.

On the lower level is the second kitchen, the second living room, a family room and three more bedroom spaces. Also a steam room and the private 8 person hot tub – great for relaxing after a long day on the hill.

Ski Access: Ski out via the access trail just outside the building. There is a door leading to the trail right from the private ski prep room in the condo. Ski back via the 'Double Eagle Access Trail' that leads you right back to the building. (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).

Main Living Room: High vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling stone fireplace (gas burning fireplace), Pool Table, large flat screen TV, DVD, CD stereo, plenty of seating.

Second Living Room: Located on the lower floor of the condo. This cozy space is filled with seating and has a flat screen TV!

Family Room: Located on the lower floor of the condo. This room has great views and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace (gas burning). This wonderful space is great for relaxing and enjoying the company of the family next to a roaring fire! There is also a full size Murphy bed in this room!

Main Kitchen: Hardwood flooring, tile counters, Viking stainless steel appliances, very well equipped for cooking for large groups. Counter/bar separates the kitchen space from the living area.

Second Kitchen: An kitchen is on the lower floor. Great for quick meals and snacks!

Bedrooms:
Master – Absolutely gorgeous views, King bed, wood burning fireplace, TV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath, and access to the large wrap around deck. On main level.
Second – King bed, HDTV, adjoining full bathroom. On top floor.
Third – Two Queen beds and a twin day bed, adjoining full bathroom with large soaker tub and shower. On top floor.
Fourth – Three twin beds - two of these have trundles so the room can sleep five people. On top floor.
Fifth - Two twin beds. On lower floor, shares bathroom in hall with sixth bedroom
Sixth: Double bed, shares bathroom in hall with fifth bedroom.
Seventh: Two twin beds, adjoining bathroom.
Bonus murphy bed in downstairs family room. Double size.

    Our entire family of 16 stayed here for Thanksgiving. There was more than plenty of space for the 3 adult siblings, spouses and children. The rental has a wonderful great room with a fireplace that made it very comfortable and homey. The large kitchen allowed everyone to gather for the meal preparation and big dining table allowed the entire family to gather for the dinner. Plenty of space for games, puzzles and gathering while also giving enough room for getting a little space when needed. Would definitely come back again.
