This gorgeous private home is located in the Solamere neighborhood of lower Deer Valley. It has beautiful views, high quality finishes and designer furnishings, wonderful amenities, and is very spacious (approximately 6,000 square feet). Wood accents throughout, including log railings and posts, hardwood floors, as well as an open and bright floor plan.

The main entry level is the living room, kitchen and dining room combined into a beautiful great room, and the private hot tub on a deck just outside the dining area. Also on this level is the fourth bedroom and laundry room. Up a half level takes you to the master bedroom suite, and then up a full flight of stairs are the second master suite and third bedroom. On the lower level are the fifth and sixth bedrooms, a family room and game room, and entry from the garage.

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling natural stone wood burning fireplace with log mantle, HDTV, VCR, DVD, CD, access to a small deck on the front of the house, great views.

Family Room: On lower level with lots of seating, HDTV, DVD, CD, and surround sound! Game area with pool table and wet bar with sink and refrigerator. Floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace - wood burning.

Kitchen: Hardwood floors, granite counters, equipped with professional appliances for gourmet cooking. Work island, free standing butcher-block island. Viking stove (gas) has 6 burners, and there is an ice machine in addition to the full sized refrigerator/freezer.

Dining Room: Formal dining table with seating for 10. Additional barstool seating for 4 at kitchen island nearby.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, gas fireplace, HDTV, DVD, walk in closet, adjoining bathroom with two separate vanities, jetted tub and walk in steam shower.
Second Master – King bed, HDTV, DVD, adjoining bath with 2 sinks, shower only.
Third – Two twin beds, one with a trundle, TV, adjoining bath with 2 sinks, shower only.
Fourth – Queen bed, TV, VCR, full bathroom just outside bedroom in hall.
Fifth – Twin bunk beds, queen sofa sleeper, TV, shares bathroom with sixth bedroom.
Sixth – Queen bed, bathroom with shower only just outside bedroom in hall.

Hot Tub: Brand new, 64 jet hot tub seats 7 people! This is the ultimate relaxation station after a long day on the slopes! Deck has gas BBQ and patio furniture.

  This was our 3rd time renting this fantastic home. It is perfect for a large family with its 6 bedrooms (and the master bedroom is massive and on its own split level). The home has a great kitchen as we alternated the responsibility of cooking meals amongst our family members. The home's location in Deer Valley is really good with very quick access to Park City and all the fun and numerous activities there. Due to our family's growing number, we also rented the home right next door - 3055 Snow Cloud, which was hugely convenient and gave us all more room (with our many young grandchildren).

  We have rented many houses from VRBO but this was, without question, the finest property EVER. I do have a couple of suggestions:
  The sliding glass door screens need attention
  We were not able to work the garage door with the outside pad.
  More dish towels are needed
  We did not have enough paper goods—paper towels-napkins-toilet paper. These are very minor details but you should be aware.

  My family (wife, 4 adult children, 2 daughter-in-laws, 4 grandkids three years old and younger plus and a future son-in-law) had a wonderful stay at 3035 Snow Cloud Circle. It is in a great location and had plenty of room for our large party of 13. Lots of individual family space and well-furnished. The master bedroom is huge, which was great. A few challenges for improvement - the pool table is very old and only 1 working cue stick!; there were dirty pot and cups that from the previous renter I suppose - the cleaning crew needs to check that out; the grill was quite old and the handle broke but still functional; it is a bummer that the local and amazing Solamere neighborhood tennis, pickleball and swim club is off limits to renters - there was nobody using it!: the back porch was under construction to a degree but usable; please put extra garbage bags and paper towels which is a small expense but yields high renter satisfaction - minor things that could all be corrected.

  I realize Park City Utah is a major winter, ski destination. But, we were looking for a family vacation, in the mountains with members from three different states in the summer, that included summertime activities for both kids and adults and we found that in Park City. The property was absolutely perfect for the seven members of our family. The home is beautiful, well maintained and equipped and located in a very beautiful residential area minutes from downtown Park City. The property was very clean and comfortable and not beat up as many rentals can become. We had fresh bedding and linens and a very well equipped kitchen for our dining needs, including all high end appliances. Wildlife was also present as we had a moose pass through the backyard three times, wild turkeys on the front lawn and an occasional deer stride through the neighborhood. Finally, on a couple of occasions we needed to contact property management for questions etc. The response was near instantaneous, even on Sunday. So, all in all, I heartedly recommend this property and may be going there again ourselves.

  This property was amazing! Alpine Ski Properties was even more amazing! The location was perfect and the check in process was great! I had ordered our turkey and ham and wasn’t sure where would be best for delivery. I called ASP and they told me I could use there office address! That worked out excellent! Then on Thanksgiving morning we realized the top oven of the double oven wasn’t working. I called ASP and the on call person was extremely accommodating! She tried to find a technician available but to no avail so she stopped over to check it out herself! She wasn’t able to fix it but ended up visiting with us and gave us some great suggestions of things to do in the area! The next day there was a brand new huge toaster oven on our porch for us to use the rest of our stay! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay in Park City at this property and especially the help from Alpine Ski Properties! Thank you and God bless!!

  The property is so spacious and perfect for a large group. We had such a nice time and would have loved to stay another week! We did a ton of cooking and it is so nice because it is fully stocked with everything you need. It was so nice to escape the heat and sit outside. We were visited by moose, deer, rabbits and a turkey! You can go on long walks in the neighborhood and it is close to the center of the city so if you need to run to the grocery store it does not take long.

  Great family property. Located in Deer Valley close Park City Main Str. It is in a quiet neighborhood on a Cul-de-sac. We were visited by wildlife which shows how peaceful it is.
  The home was as shown with lots of family room for activities and meals. It was clean and ready to be occupied. The hot tub works and it is on a patio that we used everyday for activities. The BBQ grill worked very well.

  Loved this home -- lovely and plenty of space for everyone. Very comfortable. However, the home was not well stocked with paper products -- we had to go buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. not enough supplied for a home this size and a 5 night stay. Also, the knifes in the kitchen really need to be replaced or sharpened.
