With four bedrooms spread over approximately 3500 square feet of living space there is plenty of room for the whole group! When you're ready to hit the slopes simply gear up in your own private ski prep room and walk right out the door to you private access trail! Ready for a night in? This townhome has brand new HDTVs in every room, a hot tub with amazing views and a gourmet kitchen to prepare that special meal for the whole family!

The spacious layout covers four floors with many levels. The great room on the main level includes the kitchen, dining area and living room with vaulted, wood beamed ceilings, impressive floor to ceiling stone fireplace, and hardwood flooring. The deck outside the living area is where the private hot tub is located. The ski prep room with a door opening to the ski access is also accessed from this level. The master bedroom suite is up a half flight of stairs from the main living space. All the way up the steps you will find the loft area with an HDTV - a perfect retreat for a movie or some reading. On the lower level of the condo are the second, third, and fourth bedrooms - each with a private, attached bathroom.

Living Room: Floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning), HDTV, plenty of comfortable seating.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Sub Zero appliances, granite counters, adjoins dining and living rooms, separated by counter/bar.

Dining Room: Seating for 11 at dining table with 4 additional seats at the kitchen counter.

Third – Two twin size beds, LCD HDTV, wood burning floor-to-ceiling fireplace, adjoining full bathroom with 2 sinks. (on the ground level)
Fourth – Two sets of twin bunk beds, LCD HDTV, adjoining full bathroom with 2 sinks. (on the main level with kitchen/living room)
Loft – LCD HDTV, (on top level)

Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub on deck off living room. Pool- Summer only

  A lovely spot to enjoy all that Deer Valley and Park City has to offer. The unit was clean and ready for us. It is an old world charming ski chalet feel with modern appointments. Already recommended to a family member.

  Great location - true ski in/out. The only down side was the place has been neglected. Minimal cooking utensils, shades don’t work, fireplace was a mess. Had to vacuum in front of fireplace so we could sit near it.
  On the plus side it was a great size for our group of 10. We could all eat together and sit in living room comfortably.

  If it were possible, I would buy this place. Best condo I have stayed in throughout my 12 years of visiting Deer Valley. A true ski on/ski out. Huge, beautiful condo. Rental company NOT super great to work with, I guess, just very....casual? about things. You only get the keys and garage door remote on checkin; absolutely no info/paperwork about condo. No info at all about deer valley or park city, either. If you have forgotten about hours of operation, etc. this should be standard. Oven is very old and difficult to use, info on it would help. Fireplace and hot tub were wonderful and essy to use, again, no info. No info about checkout, either. So just kind of cleaned up and left. But, I would definitely stay here again!!!! Going to book this one from now on.
