SKI ACCESS IN DEER VALLEY! This townhome is one of the most desirable locations for your Deer Valley Resort ski retreat! With four bedrooms spread over approximately 3500 square feet of living space there is plenty of room for the whole group! When you're ready to hit the slopes simply gear up in your own private ski prep room and walk out the door about 100 feet to the access trail between units 7 & 8 (conditions permitting). You can ski back to this townhome from the ski access trail from the Success run, conditions permitting. It's a bit of an uphill climb. Ready for a night in? This townhome has brand new HDTVs in every room, a hot tub with amazing views and a gourmet kitchen to prepare that special meal for the whole family!

The spacious layout covers three floors with many levels. The great room on the main level includes the kitchen, dining area and living room with vaulted, wood beamed ceilings, impressive floor to ceiling stone fireplace, and hardwood flooring. The deck outside the living area is where the private hot tub is located. The master bedroom suite is also located on the main floor area. All the way up the steps you will find the loft area with three twin fold out sleeper chairs - a perfect sleeping and relaxing space. On the lower level of the condo are the other bedrooms - each with a private, attached bathroom. The ski prep room with a door opening to the ski access is also accessed from this level.

Living Room: Floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning), HDTV, plenty of comfortable seating and great views of the surround mountain at Deer Valley Resort.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, granite counters, adjoins dining and living rooms, separated by counter/bar.

Dining Room: Seating for 10 at dining table with 4 additional seats at the kitchen counter.

Master – King bed, vaulted wood ceiling, LCD HDTV, adjoining bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, separate shower, large walk-in closet. (on main level)
Second – King bed, full bathroom, en-suite bathroom with double vanity (on the ground level).
Third – Two twin size beds, LCD HDTV, adjoining full bathroom with 2 sinks. (on the ground level).
Fourth – Two twin size beds, LCD HDTV, adjoining full bathroom with 2 sinks. (on the ground level).
Loft – Top level. Three twin fold out sleeper chairs, shares bathroom with master bedroom on main level.

Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub on deck off living room. Pool- Summer only.

Laundry Room: Yes, washer and dryer located on lower level.

    We were excited to stay in the same location as last year, unfortunately this unit wasn't nearly as nice. TVs were old and picture didn't work, broken beds that couldn't be replaced, doors that didn't shut or lock. Made the most of it, but wouldn't return.

    Traveled with another family so having two king beds was critical for a comfortable stay for our group. House had all the amenities needed. Thankful they had salt and pepper, Pam etc that you don’t think to buy or want to buy for a week long stay. The location was great. Just a short walk to a ski in/out run to the bottom of the main ski area. House is a little dated but fine for what we needed.

    great experience. location was perfect. easy to get to "success run". kitchen was great. bedrooms comfortable. hot tub worked well. 50 minute drive to SLC (faster than other places up the mountain) and closer to Park city for dinner

    We enjoyed our overall stay with family and friends. The unit was very spacious. We loved the fireplaces, location and hot tub. The unit, however, is a bit worn; old blankets with holes, small holes in walls with paint chipping in various places, carpet in bathrooms, etc. It's not literally ski in/ski out either. It is a ski in with a short walk, short walk then ski out. It's located very close to the resort's ski run, but not what I expected.

    All in all we had a great trip! I never could figure out how to get to the ski in/ ski out portion of the house or neighborhood. I called the property management company and didn’t hear back. We enjoyed the house, there should have been a map or something explaining the location to justify premium price for ski in/out. I would stay again but would get the information in advance. Also, we arrived early and wanted to check in early but were told no rather than we could pay an extra fee to get in early. Maybe there was another guest, but would have been great to have better communication and better customer service. But the house was nice!

    House was described and decorated as expected , and location was good, size was good,etc..
    House did not come with extra towels, working humidifiers, working toaster, or enough firewood several calls had to be made to get those items..especially more firewood took three days. Also, we never were given any extra towels, each guest had one...
    House needs alot of work, it getting old, tired and unorganized .
