Just steps from Deer Valley's Snow Park lodge, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom tri-level townhome is cozy, comfy and it has great mountain and lake views! The complex is one of the best locations in all of Deer Valley with walking access to the City Bus stop or door to door service from the 'little green bus' at the base of Deer Valley Resort. The complex also features a year round pool and hot tub area that is available to all guests! The townhome is approximately 3000 square feet in size providing plenty of room for a large group.

As you enter from the garage there is a mudroom/ski prep area, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Up two short flights of stairs is the main level, with a kitchen that opens to a cozy den with a brand new 55" HDTV. This den has seating for 5, with a queen sleeper sofa and two chairs, plus a gas assisted wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4, and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a couch, 2 chairs, and another wood burning fireplace with gas assist. These rooms have access to a wrap around deck, with great lake and mountain views. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) on this level. Continue up two short flights of stairs to the upper level where you will find a sitting area, the master bedroom and another junior master with a queen bed and private bathroom.

The complex has a swimming pool and two hot tubs, perfect for après-ski relaxation.

Best of all, there is a private walking path that leads right to the Deer Valley parking lot or you can take the free shuttle bus for a two minute ride.

Master bedroom- King bed and attached full bath. Located on the top floor.
2nd junior master - Queen bed and attached bath with shower. Located on the top floor.
3rd bedroom- Queen bed. Full bathroom just outside the door, shared with 4th bedroom. HDTV. Located on the lower level.
4th bedroom- Two twin beds. Full bathroom just outside the door, shared with 3rd bedroom. HDTV. Located on the lower level.

Wifi- Yes, strong in-home wifi is provided during your stay.

BBQ- Yes, gas burning Weber BBQ on deck just outside dining room.

Parking- Attached 2 car garage, 76" clearance. There are also extra parking spots right next to the garage.

  Well located, large property. But there wasn't heat on the lower level where there are two of the four bedrooms. When we contacted property management about it, they said it was a new problem despite there being three space heaters in the closets of each of those two bedrooms. A maintenance guy from the company came and told us that the owner has been too cheap to upgrade their ducting and this is in fact a known problem. We would have been more okay if they'd told us the truth and apologized or given us a discount, but the lying is very bad form.

  Myself and 3 others stayed at this place and found it very convenient for skiing at Deer Valley. The place had 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms so every person had their own room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The heated pool and hot tub were a quick walk away. The 2 bedrooms downstairs had space heaters to warm them up. The shuttles to and from the ski lifts always came within 3 minutes of the request on the Deer Valley app so much easier than trying to find the path to the parking lot and walking all the way through it uphill.

  This is the second year we have stayed at this property. The shuttle to the mountain is very convenient. The grandkids loved the pool. Management was extremely helpful. We were missing some items and those items were delivered quickly. We had a great time with all of the family together.

  3 levels, and an incredible 4 beds and 4 baths. Bathrooms are on the smaller side but for location and price this property can’t be beat.
  
  Make sure to use the heated pool in the middle of the community. It’s about a 2 minute walk from the town house. Make sure to confirm the right code with property manager.

  This property is an older property but is close to Deer Valley with excellent access. It worked perfectly for our family. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to cook meals daily. Kids and grandkids loved the pool and hot tub access. It would have been helpful to have more information about the area, access to the lift area and parking instructions. There is a 2 car garage (low) but one cannot park in the driveway. Excess parking area next to the house was covered in snow.

  We wanted ski-in ski-out but waited too long. This was the next best thing. Only a 100 yard walk down a short path to the Lot 5 pick-up point. Literally 5 minutes from door to lift line.
  
  Nothing beats a nice fire after a long day of skiing. This condo had 2 fire places in two living rooms. I think I got lost in the condo one evening !!!!

  Excellent location, about 200 yards from Deer Valley Parking Lot shuttle. Clean, large condo. Great kitchen. Very good support from rental agency. Could stand an update but the rental fee would likely rise. Would have appreciated a note book with more information about the condo, bus and other travel options and area in general. This has always been helpful at other rentals.
  Would definitely recommend and stay again.
