The Pinnacle condominiums are on the hillside overlooking the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, with views of ski runs and surrounding mountains. Every unit in Pinnacle also includes free ‘on call’ shuttle service to and from Deer Valley Resort! This large (approx. 3900 sq. ft.), four bedroom unit offers lots of living space for a larger group. With a private hot tub and gorgeous views of the Deer Valley area this property is sure to please everyone in your group!

The middle floor entrance to the property will greet you with the fully remodeled dining room and kitchen area – making for easy loading of groceries and gear! Also located on this level is the third bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom.

The living room area - located one level down from the kitchen - has a sectional couch and two cozy side chairs next to the gas fireplace and an HDTV as well as a nice porch area with amazing mountain views! Down one more level, you will find the den area with an HDTV and air hockey table! The den also provides access to the private outdoor hot tub. The 4th bedroom has two captain's bunks (full on bottom, twin on top) and an additional queen size bed! Located just off of the den with access to a bathroom just outside in the hallway. The entire lower floor is a fun, games and media room with a large section sofa, 85" HDTV and a table for playing cards or doing puzzles! There is even a small bar area with a mini fridge and microwave - perfect for movie night!

On the upstairs floor you will find the primary suite and the junior suite. The main master bedroom, with high vaulted ceilings, includes a king bed and attached full bathroom. Just down a hallway from this is the junior master with a king size bed and a full attached bathroom.

Living Room: All brand new furniture including a large sectional sofa and cozy arm chairs. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views!

Den: This is the fun room with an HDTV, air hockey table and lots of games. Access to the private hot tub from this room.

Kitchen: Completely remodeled with new cabinetry, granite counters and appliances. Well equipped for cooking meals, includes stainless gas burning cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. Access to deck with sweeping views and a Weber gas BBQ! There is even a TV so the cook can watch the game with everyone else!

Dining Room: Seating for 10, with 2 barstools at kitchen counter.

Primary Suite - King bed, walk in closet, HDTV with cable, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, 2 person jetted tub, separate shower.
Junior Suite – King bed, adjoining bath, walk in closet, HDTV with cable.

Fourth - Two set of captain's bunks (full on bottom, twin on top) as well as an additional queen bed.

Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub located outside of the den on deck. Winter only.

Distance to free City Bus stop: .1 mile

In addition to the city bus, this property is on the Deer Valley Resort Skier Shuttle route. Search "Deer Valley Direct" in the app store and create an account. An access code is not required.

  Great location and snow was amazing! Only had 2 maintenance issues with toilet in middle level that didn't work and a damaged piece on the stairs that was a bit risky when barefoot.
  
  Other than that everything is great! Walking distance from bus and quick access to main roads.

  This rental was well stocked and in a great location. While there was some miscommunication, the rental company was quick to address the issue and correct the problem. Overall, this was a great family vacation and we would definitely rent from Alpine Ski Properties again.

  The place was nice and functional but there were some issues.
  1) The dishwasher didn't work and I had to call the Property manager about it, and then follow up with them to see what was going on - it never did get fixed
  2) The grill was filthy and would only heat to about 100 degrees despite the propone tank seeming being full. I cleaned it. The property manager seemed indifferent to this and it was never fixed.
  3) The noise from the mechanicals room made sleeping in that room near impossible.
  Considering what we paid, I expected better.

  Overall nice home with about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and 15 minute into town. The house has only 3 bathrooms which made it a bit tight in the mornings but overall great place.

  Our family wanted to have Thanksgiving in the mountains. This townhome was lovely in every way. It provided the shape for our large family. We enjoyed our time together while eating, soaking in the hot tub, taking walks, and watching TV. We appreciate all the lovely homey touches. We had a problem with the dishwasher but the property personnel were quick to help deal with it. We would definitely stay here again.
