This lovely 2 bedroom condo sits directly across the street from Park City Mountain and is also right on the bus route! The common area hot tub is a great feature for relaxing after a day on the slopes!

The Powder Pointe condominiums are a short walk away from the lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort ( bout 300 steps to First Time Lift!)- Main Street in Park City’s Historic District is less than a mile up the road also - with the free bus easily accessible. (No car needed!) These condos provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining.

This unit is an upper level unit, which means there are stairs up to the front door, but it also allows for vaulted ceilings in the living room and no tenants above you. There are two levels within the condo, and it has approximately 900 square feet of living space. The newly remodeled kitchen, living room, bedroom and a full sized bathroom are on the entry level, and upstairs is the loft bedroom with privacy screen as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Living Room: Wood burning fireplace, 55" Smart TV, DVD player, Queen Sofa Sleeper, Vaulted ceilings, small balcony.

Kitchen: Separated from the living room by a counter bar, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Area: Barstools at the kitchen counter provide seating for 6.

Bedroom: Queen bed, TV. Full bath just across the hall.

Bedroom 2 (Loft Area): Has three twin beds with privacy screen overlooking the living room. Adjoining bathroom with a shower only.

Hot Tub: Common area outdoor whirlpool spa available in summer until September 14, and also for winter season. (approximately 8’ x 12’). Security entry code required.

Laundry Room: Common area laundry room. Security entry code required.

Air Conditioning: Yes. Unit is heated and cooled by efficient heat pump technology with individual controls for living room/ kitchen/master bedroom & loft bedroom.

Garage: Common area covered and uncovered parking available. No parking pass required.

    This was our 2nd year renting the same unit at Power Point. Once again very pleased with this comfortable condo and the location to Park City ski resort (across the street) and public transit into town for dinner is beyond ideal. We parked our car and did not turn that key again until departing week later.

    The condo was perfect for a small family. The location was great easy walk to lift and town. Place was clean and well maintained albeit hot in the loft. The new not downside was that the hot tub was not operational nor easy to access had it been

    Overall we had a wonderful visit to Park City. I would like to make one very major complaint. Expecting your customers to flip a breaker on and off for heating the condo is ridiculous. This should be just a normal maintenance of the thermostat that should be fixed and not pushed off as an inconvenience to the customer. Very disappointed in this but everything else was fine.

    A little older but mostly updated, very clean, well equiped, nicely furnished unit. Had everything we look for, comfortable beds, wood burning fireplace, nice community hot tub. Silver King lift parking lot across the street or two block walk to main resort area. Very convenient location on the bus route or one mile walk to historic PC. Would deninitely stay here again.
