This lovely Sun Spot condominium is located on Deer Valley Drive, right on the free bus line that will take you to Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort or Main Street within minutes. The condo is multi level, built up the hillside facing south to take advantage of the warmth and lighting of the sun through the day.

This condo is approximately 2000 square feet in size and features three bedroom suites - each with an attached bathroom. It is very nicely decorated with recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. On the entry level is the third bedroom, then up a short flight of stairs is the second bedroom. Another short flight up is the living room, with the kitchen and dining area overlooking the living room from half of a level up. There is a powder room on this level, also. The door out to a large deck is on the level above the kitchen (great place to enjoy the afternoon sun, with views of ski runs at both Deer Valley Resort and the Park City Mountain Resort), and the top level is the master bedroom suite.

Living Room: Spacious living room with a very cozy leather sectional couch and mountain accented decor. The brand new stone surrounded gas fireplace will keep the room toasty! There is also a small desk space next to the fireplace that is perfect if you need to get some work done. 47" Flat Screen TV with a surround sound system, DVD, CD, plenty of seating.

Kitchen: Recently remodeled with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. Well equipped for cooking. Private deck outside.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the brand new dining room table.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, flat screen TV, adjoining newly remodeled bathroom with large travertine shower.
Second – Bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top, also a trundle under the bed, so this room sleeps 4. TV, adjoining newly remodeled bathroom.
Third – Queen bed, flat screen TV, adjoining newly remodeled bathroom with large travertine shower.

Note: There is also a newly remodeled 1/2 bath located on the kitchen level.

Hot Tub: Yes, brand new for winter 2025-2026. Has great views of Park City and Deer Valley ski runs!

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in closet on Master bedroom level.

A/C: Yes, top floor only.

    Beautiful condo minutes from Deer Valley. Excellent location, clean condo, and easy check-in process. Lots of stairs, as every room is on a separate level. Kitchen could use some additional cookware, but overall everything was fine. Would stay here again.

    We had a great time here! The property was in a great location with a bus stop practically right outside the door. The balconies were awesome! It got tiring going up and down stairs continuously but the condo was nice! Only complaint would be that the kitchen was not well stocked. There were no napkins, silver foil,
    baggies or anything for leftovers.
    Other than that ... a great stay!
