Fully remodeled and redecorated this year! This truly ski-in/ski-out lodge is located right in the heart of Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley resort providing one of the most convenient locations in all of Park City. The condo is situated over three levels and allows plenty of room for the group with about 3800 sq ft of cozy indoor space! The lodge itself includes lots of fun features such as a common area game room, exercise facility and, of course, simple access to all of the shops and restaurants in Silver Lake.

You will enter the condo on the middle level that is the main living area. Here you will find the completely remodeled and stylish kitchen, a lovely dining room and the amazing living room with a floor to ceiling rock fireplace, cozy sectional sofa and an 85" HDTV with Sonos surround system (Amazing for sports or screening your favorite movie!). Upstairs from the main living space is the master bedroom suite and the in home gym area with an HDTV. On the lower level of the property are the remaining two bedroom suites, one with a king bed and attached full bathroom and the third bedroom with 3 sets of twin bunk beds and a full attached bathroom. You will also find the cozy family room with a 65" HDTV.

Ski Access: Sterling Lodge offers direct ski-in/ski-out access from the fourth floor of the building. Step out of the front door of the condo and jump right on the elevator across the hall to get to the common area ski prep room. From there you will walk up a short flight of stairs and be directly on the Silver Link ski trail that will take you to a variety of lifts at Deer Valley resort. When you’re ready to head in for the day simply ski back down Silver Link right to the back door of the lodge! Couldn’t be easier!

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), 85" Sony UHDTV, Sonos sound system.

Kitchen: Completely remodeled this year! Hardwood flooring and beautiful cabinetry, lots of counter space, built-in Kitchen Aid appliances including a 4 burner stove with both a griddle and grill, side by side refrigerator, reverse osmosis tap at kitchen sink for purified water. Counter/bar separates the kitchen space from the living and dining area.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 8, with bar stool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, HDTV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with a glass enclosed shower.
Second – King bed, HDTV, adjoining full bathroom.
Third – Three sets of twin bunk beds, sleeps 6 people comfortably, HDTV, adjoining full bathroom.

Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on middle level patio.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry room on lower level.

Garage: This property has a common area underground garage with two dedicated parking spaces.
