Location, location, location! Three Kings unit #26 is along the Park City Golf Course and just a short walk to the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. With just a short walk to the Summer and Winter activities at the base of the resort this is a prime location for all seasons and on the free shuttle line to get to Deer Valley and Historic Main Street of Park City where the majority of the nightlife is happening.

This nice 3 bedroom 2.75 baths unit has everthing you need to be comfortable with tv's in every room, including a 3D TV with Blue Ray in the living room. Great views of the slopes from the dining area.

Main floor: When entering the condo you will notice the master with king bed and attached 3/4 remodeled bathroom also accessible from the living room area. Down the hall from entrance is the updated kitchen with wine temperature controlled mini fridge, electric stove. Main family room and dining area are adjoining with gorgeous views of slopes.

2nd floor: Upstairs there is another bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom, as well as another bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds best suited for children. There is another full bath across from bunkroom. On this level there is also the washer and dryer, another family room area perfect for kids with wrap around couch including a sofa sleeper and twin bed for additional sleeping for 2 more.

Clubhouse with outdoor heated pool and common area hot tub. 150 yds from this rental.
Underground parking for 1 car and guest for at least one more if needed.
Located on free city bus line.

    As close to a ski in and ski out as we've ever been.
    A ski lift is within 600' and you can ski within 400' of the condo. Condo has plenty of room to stretch out.

    We had a great time and enjoyed the location for skiing. Plenty of plates, bowls and 's definitely stocked for wine drinkers for sure! We never did get the fireplace to work but overall, a great stay and slept plenty of people.
