The Town Lift Condominiums are located directly on Main Street in Park City with easy ½ block walking access to the Town Lift @ Park City Mountain Resort! When you’re not on the slopes enjoy effortless access to all the shopping, dining, nightlife and galleries that Main Street has to offer. This is truly one of the most primetime locations in all of Park City!

Unit 2C is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is one of the premiere units within the complex. You enter the unit from the common area garage where there is one parking spot reserved – which means no Main St parking wars!!! From here, there is convenient elevator access to the condo level where you will find unit 2C.

Enter the unit to find the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large bay windows to see all the action below. The bedroom suites are located on opposite sides of the living room area to provide privacy between the two sleeping spaces. On the left, you will find the master suite with a king bed, attached full bath and access to the private hot tub deck. On the right, there is a bedroom suite that includes two queen size beds, an attached full bathroom and access to the balcony above Main Street!

Living Room: Adjoins the dining room and kitchen area to make one open concept space. Large bay windows with views of Main Street below and mountaintops above the buildings. HDTV, Cable Service, DVD.

Kitchen: This gorgeous little kitchen features everything needed for home cooked meals! Recently updated with new granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Adjoins dining area and living room.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6, with barstool seating for 2 additional guests at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Primary – King bed, HDTV with cable, large dresser. The private hot tub is located on the deck outside this bedroom with awesome Main Street views! There is a full bathroom attached to this room as well.
2nd- Two Queen beds, HDTV with cable, large dresser. Attached full bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub. There is a deck with a patio table and 4 chairs off of this room as well (available summer only).

Hot Tub: Located on the balcony outside the master bedroom. Brand new as of June 2025. Great views of Main Street area!

Internet: Yes, Free High Speed Wifi.

Laundry Room: 2 in 1 unit that both washes and dries. Brand new 2024!

Parking: One reserved space in the underground garage. This means you get all the Main Street experience without the parking wars!

  Fantastic rental. The location was amazing - steps away from all that Old Town/Downtown Park City has to offer, including the Town lift. The condo was well furnished, including kitchen amenities ideal for cooking all meals and entertainment items such as poker chips and puzzles. The hot tub overlooking Main Street was a great way to end the evenings after being adventurous all day!

  Located right on Main Street with views of the streetscape below and the mountains across the street, our condo was the perfect place to spend a week in July. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed and the ample closets offered extra pillows, blankets and plenty of clean towels. With laundry included, we could have packed a lot less than we brought. My only gripe was a loud A/C fan, but since it otherwise worked fine, we can hardly complain. I hope to come back in the winter time.

  Perfect location directly on Main Street where we could sit on the deck or in the hot tub and what everyone walk by. Very nice kitchen and living room areas and the bathrooms were updated and also very nice. Was fun being there in the summer when it was very laid back compared to the winter.

  Absolutely the best place to stay in Park City. Right on Main Street with all the restaurants and shops within close walking distance. Next to the bus station for ease of movement to Canyons ski base or Deer Valley and town lift, although slow, takes you to the top of Park city are all within a 3 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again.

  Location, location, location! Let me start by raving on the rental's perfect location- we walked one block to the Town Lift and all the restaurants/shops. Finished skiing at the Town Lift and got apres drinks at High West across the street. So easy every day. Nothing more cool than chilling in a hot tub overlooking Main St after a day of skiing. Again, perfect location. The condo was clean and as described online. Kitchen was nice and equipped for cooking (did food delivery in advance). Only complaint is that for the price you pay for location, the condo needs a few updates- in particular the bathroom is outdated and needs a remodel and TVs just needed to be replaced so picture is crisp. Also, it would have been nice if snow was cleared off balconies, esp at hot tub area, but they have had so much snow I'm sure that is a challenge. Overall a great condo and with a few updates is the perfect rental.

  We have absolutely nothing negative to say at all. We stayed in the second story apartment for a week and it became home very quickly. Waking up and walking to Atticus Coffee Shop in the mornings. Strolling over to High West Distillery in the evenings. The location is absolutely perfect. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The layout was perfect. The hot tub on the balcony was such a nice bonus. And if you're staying in the summer, the AC is absolutely your saving grace. I would stay in this exact unit again and again.
