Located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain community, the Twin Pines condominiums offer sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and a convenient location – close to the free bus and the lifts.

This lovely condo is 3 levels and approximately 2800 square feet. You enter the condo on the main level from the front door or through the garage. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined into one great room, giving it a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, a floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace, and lots of light. Outside is a large deck with a gas BBQ. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom suite; downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, the laundry area, and the door out to the private hot tub.

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace with gas assist, TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo.

Kitchen: Hardwood floors, tile counters, spacious and well equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dining table, 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter, small game table with 2 chairs.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, TV, fireplace, adjoining bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub.
Second – Two Queen beds, daybed with trundle, TV, adjoining bathroom.

    Overall, the condo had everything you need within a short walk to the slopes and other amenities in the Silver Lake area. Towels and water pressure could have been better.

    Location, location, location. Walk to DV mid mountain was by far the best aspect of the condo. Big windows and bright light into the living area was also a big plus. Room for two families with adult kids. Bunk room a little tight but worked. Plenty of fire wood for the wood burning fireplace in living room and Jacuzzi ready to go was a nice touch. Property furnishings and decor could use some updating but overall a good rental. Soft goods like towels and pillows needed a refresher. Kitchen cooking supplies could be improved. Would rent again. Great value for the price.

    The condo is lovely. It is in a great location. Easy 5 minute walk to the lift. The beds are comfortable. The check in process was a little cumbersome. We had to stop at the rental agency office in Park City to pick up the keys instead of going directly to the condo. Also, when we checked out, we had to drop the key back at the rental agency office.
