Located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain community, the Twin Pines condominiums offer sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and a convenient location – close to the free bus and the lifts.

This lovely condo is 3 levels and approximately 2800 square feet. A recent remodel replaced the kitchen, bathrooms and carpeting throughout. You enter the condo on the main level from the front door or through the garage. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined into one great room, giving it a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, a floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace, and lots of light. Outside is a large deck with a brand new Weber gas BBQ. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom suite; downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, the laundry area, and the door out to the private hot tub.

Living Room: Decorative and comfortable furnishings, gas burning fireplace, 75" HDTV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo.

Kitchen: Spacious and well equipped for cooking meals with brand new alder cabinetry, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A brand new Weber BBQ is just outside on the deck as well!

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dining table, 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, adjoining bathroom with jetted tub.
Second – King bed, adjoining bathroom.
Third – Two twin beds, adjoining bathroom.

Hot Tub: Private hot tub outside on lower patio.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry room on lower level.

  We very much enjoyed our stay at Twin Pines #3. We are very familiar with Silver Lake, and the location of this unit can't be beat - a short walk to the lifts. The property description was quite accurate -- it was clean, had a nice view of the mountains, a great layout, and a good hot tub. Our only constructive criticism would be that the bed linens and master bathroom rug could use a refresh. With that one small upgrade, this is a great place to stay and ski.

  The property is great. It is comfortable and has amazing views. The location is a walking distance from the Silver Lake Lodge slopes, which is very convenient. We had to stop by the property management office to pick up the key and drop it off, which was not the most convenient way to check in / check out. Also, the property comes with a bare minimum in the kitchen - salt and sugar, if you are lucky. Buy everything, and by "everything," I mean coffee, tea, cooking oil, spices - everything.

  We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and enjoyed every minute. The layout of this townhouse is ideal for privacy and comfort. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a half bath on the main floor. The fireplace was used every morning and evening. The people who keep this place clean obviously take a lot of pride in their work. The rugs and flooring were very clean, as well as the bathroom amenities. The furniture was completely dust-free. This made us all feel very comfortable and relaxed. The views of the nearby ski slopes and mountains were ideal. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time together for several days.
