The Trailside condominiums are located in Silver Lake area, mid-mountain Deer Valley Resort. This condo has access directly to the slopes at Deer Valley and is minutes away from Silver Lake Village. You’ll find plenty of great restaurants, ski shops and boutiques all within a 10 minute walk!

This condo is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. It is a spacious (approximately 3400 square feet), 3 level floor plan. From the front door you are directly on the main level where the living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined as one great room. Just outside the living room is a deck with gorgeous mountain and forest views. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite and the fourth bedroom with a king bed. Downstairs you will find the second and third bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Also, on the downstairs level is the outdoor private hot tub!

Ski Access: The Trailside complex offers direct ski-out access from the community trail. Just step out of the front door of the condo and walk about 100 yards to the staircase. When you return from skiing you’ll use the Silver Lake access trail and walk about 5 minutes down Royal Street to return home!

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling stone fireplace (gas burning), Wall Mounted HDTV.

Kitchen: Hardwood flooring and beautiful modern cabinetry, lots of counter space, stainless steel appliances including a 4 burner stove with both a griddle and grill, side by side refrigerator, reverse osmosis tap at kitchen sink for purified water.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6 and a ‘breakfast table’ with seating for 4 additional guests.

Bedrooms:
Primary – King bed, TV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with a glass enclosed shower.
Second – King Bed, adjoining full bathroom.
Third – King Bed, adjoining bathroom.
Fourth – Two queen beds, adjoining bathroom and small gathering room with a couch and HDTV.

Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on lower level patio.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry closet on lower level.

Garage: This property has an attached two car garage but the owners keep their car on one side, so there is parking available in the garage for one car. The driveway is heated and you can park an additional vehicle on the driveway just outside the garage.
